摘 要：通过对河南技术合同交易相关数据的对比分析，研究河南技术合同认定登记工作的特点及存在问题，从宣传发动、管理机制、政策引导等方面提出促进河南省技术合同登记、加速科技成果转移转化的建议。

Research on the Current Situation and Countermeasures of Technology Contract Identification and Registration in Henan Province

Abstract： Through the comparative analysis of the relevant data of technology contract transaction in Henan Province， this paper studies the characteristics and existing problems of technology contract acknowledgment and registration in Henan Province， and puts forward countermeasures and suggestions to promote the technology contract registration and accelerate the transfer and transformation of scientific and technological achievements from the aspects of publicity， management mechanism and policy guidance.
