关于菊糖改性的专利技术综述

摘 要：菊糖作为一种天然果聚糖，在自然界广泛存在，且具有多种功效和用途，将菊糖进行化学修饰，可以进一步改善其原有性能，赋予新性能，扩展菊糖的应用，提高菊糖的附加值。本文对关于菊糖改性的专利进行了综述，以期为菊糖改性和应用的发展提供参考。

Review of Patented Technology on Modification of Inulin

Abstract： As a kind of natural fructan， inulin exists widely in nature and has a variety of  functions and applications. Chemical modification of inulin can further improve its original properties and add new performances， as to expand the application of inulin and improve the added value of inulin. This article summarizes the patents on the modification of inulin is to provide reference for the development of inulin modification and application.

菊糖，又称菊粉，是一种天然果菊糖，广泛存在于植物组织中，约有3.6万种植物中含有菊糖，尤其是菊芋（又名洋姜）、菊苣、大丽花的块根中含有丰富的菊糖，可以通过热水浸提法、超声波辅助提取法、微波辅助提取法、酶提取法或这些手段的组合来提取菊糖。（剩余2901字）
