ZF6400/16/30Q型液压支架液压系统设计细节探讨

摘 要:通过对某矿35030大倾角工作面放顶煤液压支架的运动特点进行分析,设计了ZF6400/16/30Q型液压支架液压系统。从液压支架操作细节上出发,对油缸、千斤顶的液压回路进行了详细设计,为大倾角工作面的高效开采提供了安全有力的保证。

Discussion on Design Details of Hydraulic System of  ZF6400 /16 /30Q Hydraulic Support

Abstract: Based on the analysis of the movement characteristics of the top coal caving hydraulic support at 35030 large inclination working face of a certain mine, the hydraulic support hydraulic system of the ZF6400/16/30Q was designed. The hydraulic circuit of the oil cylinder and jack designed based on the detail of the operation of the hydraulic support, which provides a safe and powerful guarantee for the high-efficiency mining of the high-incline working face.
