粮食安全视角下的玉米贸易问题及对策研究

摘要：系统论述了玉米贸易对有效平衡国内玉米供求、稳定玉米价格，保障粮食安全的重要意义。在分析中国玉米贸易概况的基础上，从扩大玉米贸易规模、优化玉米进口来源国结构、推动玉米种植加工国际合作等方面提出优化玉米贸易、促进粮食安全的政策与建议。

Corn trade problems and countermeasures from the perspective of food security

Abstract： This paper systematically discussed the important significance of corn trade to effectively balance domestic corn supply and demand， stabilized corn price and guarantee food security. On the basis of analyzing the general situation of China's corn trade， this paper put forward some policy suggestions on optimizing corn trade and promoting food security from expanding the scale of corn trade， optimizing the structure of corn import source countries and promoting international cooperation in corn planting and processing.
