多元共治视角下农村水环境治理路径研究

摘要：在分析多元共治与农村水环境治理的契合性、农村水环境多元共治主体结构的基础上，剖析农村水环境多元共治面临的共治目标差异化、多元主体责任缺位以及共治运行机制僵化的困境，并由此从明晰多元共治目标、明确多元主体职责、优化共治运行机制等方面提出解决对策，以期推动农村水环境治理进程及改善农村水环境。

Research on rural water environment governance path from the perspective of

multiple co-governance

Abstract： Based on the analysis of the compatibility of multiple co-governance and rural water environment governance and the main structure of multiple co-governance of rural water environment， the differences in co-governance goals， the absence of multiple subject responsibilities and the rigidity of the operation mechanism of co-governance faced by multiple co-governance of rural water environment were analyzed. Therefore， solutions from clarifying the goals of multiple co-governance， clarifying the responsibilities of multiple subjects， and optimizing the operating mechanism of co-governance were put forward， in order to promote the rural water environment governance process and improve the rural water environment.
