中国学者作为“国际学术把关者”的现状与展望

——基于100种人文社会科学类国际期刊编委会成员的分析

Abstract：Based on the analysis of the editorial board members of 10o high-impact international journals in the humanities and social sciences，it was proposed that the group of "international academic gatekeepers" among scholars in China presents the following characteristics： There are quantitative differences between the " gatekeepers" of different disciplines； The languages used in publishing of these journals are almost single and mostly in English； The host country of these journals is mainly the United States；The competition intensity is various for selecting journals from different disciplines. Based on further analysis，it is concluded that the distribution of academic power of scholars in China presents disciplinary differences； The use of non-native languages restricts the academic power and rights of scholars in China；There is a positive correlation between the journal level and the discourse power of the host country in the international academic field. Therefore， suggestions are put forward： Chinese scholars should strengthen international academic exchanges and dialogues， and enhance their awareness of participating in the work of international academic journals; Chinese scholars should improve their English communication and writing skils，and expand their international academic horizons； China should promote the construction of world-class journals and advance the construction of international academic discourse system.
