“双碳”背景下光伏企业合作创新战略的演化博弈研究

Abstract: In the green industry,cooperation and innovation among photovoltaic enterprises are of great reference value in promoting the development of green industry, facilitating cooperation and innovation among enterprises,and guiding the formulation of relevant government policies. Based on the background of "dual carbon", taking the cooperative innovation strategy of photovoltaic enterprises as the research object,and combining with the Hotelling model,an evolutionary game model of government and enterprises was established,and the influence of factors such as subject participation willingness,carbon emission reduction gain and free-riding gain on the steady state of the system was considered. The results of dynamic analysis and simulation experiments show that the convergence speed of participation willingness differs between government and enterprises,and the government is more affected by the changes in the wilingness of enterprises to participate; The impact of changes in China Certified Emission Reduction (CCER) price on system stability is relatively small; The profit distribution coefficient has a threshold for promoting collaborative innovation among enterprises;Excessive free-riding benefits are not conducive to the stability of collaborative innovation. Based on the above conclusions,it is recommended that the government gradually reduces the subsidies with the increase of enterprises' wilingness to participate,and encourages enterprises to rely more on the market mechanism to achieve sustainable development.
