Abstract：Inordertobreak through theproductionbotleneck ofthetraditionalplanting mode intheLoessHillyRegionof eastemGansu，givefullplaytotheadvantagesofregionalwaterandheatresources，andtoimprovetheproductivityoffarmland，a continuous3-yearstudyanddemonstrationshowedthattheannualyieldofthetwo-crop-a-year productionsystemof earlymaturing potato and grain-forage corn has exceeded'one ton of grain'. Therefore，this paper summarizes the two crop -a -year plantingtechnologyofearlymaturingpotatoandgrainforagecofromtheaspectsoflandpreparationandfertilization，ridge formationandfilmmulching，varietyselection，reasonablecloseplanting，fieldmanagement，preventionandcontrolofdiseases， insects，weedsandpests，andharvesting，withtheaimofprovidingareferencefortheannualhighyieldcultivationandeicint utilization of resources in the region and similar regions.

陇东黄土丘陵区作为黄土高原旱作农业典型区域，气候特征表现为年均降水 600mm （集中分布在7一9月份），年均气温 10.2qC ，全年无霜期180d ， ⩾10% 的有效积温 2800°C⋅ d，水热资源丰富，可以满足一年两季作物的周年水热需求[1-4]。（剩余5301字）
