以“四个面向”为引领培养中药学专业研究生创新能力的探索与实践研究

摘  要：实现中医药现代化、国际化，中医药理论指导是根本前提。该文分析中药学研究生人才培养模式建设中不足及面临的困难。以“四个面向”为引领，以广西中医药大学研究生创新能力培养模式为例，对中药学研究生创新能力培养模式进行探索和研究。

Abstract： Only with the guidance of the theory of Chinese medicine can we discuss the development of modernization and internationalization of Chinese medicine. This paper analyzes the shortcomings and difficulties in the construction of the talent training mode for Chinese pharmacy graduate students. Guided by the "Four Orientations" and taking Guangxi University of Chinese Medicine postgraduate innovation ability training mode as an example， this paper explores and researches the innovation ability training mode of Chinese pharmacy graduate students.
