面向复杂海况的输油旋转接头轴承选型

摘 要:本文结合作者单位研制的30万吨级油船单点系泊系统的旋转接头实际情况,综合考虑海上单点系泊输油对旋转接头轴承提出的特殊需求,对旋转接头轴承承受的环境载荷进行了计算分析,同时开展技术型式论证以及承载能力校核,最终确定了面向复杂海况的输油旋转接头的轴承。

Selection of Oil Transfer Swivel Bearings for Complex Sea Condition

Abstract: In this paper, based on the actual situation of swivel device of single point mooring system for 300,000-ton oil tanker developed by the author’s company, and comprehensively considering the special requirements of offshore single point mooring oil transfer on swivel device bearing, the environmental load borne by swivel device bearings was calculated and analyzed, and the technical type demonstration and bearing capacity verification were carried out. Finally, the bearing type of the oil transfer rotary joint for complex sea conditions was determined.

海上单点系泊输油系统,是指系泊在系泊点的油船,随着风、浪和海流的变化而绕着单点自由回转,从而始终地处于风、浪、流合力最小方向的系泊输油系统[1]。(剩余3760字)
