摘    要:本文以某船舶外场EH36钢材的智能化焊接法为例,对智能焊接机器人工艺在船舶外场焊接中的应用进行分析。希望通过本次的分析,可以为智能焊接机器人的合理应用与此项焊接工艺质量的提升提供一定参考。

Abstract: This article takes the intelligent welding method of EH36 steel in a certain ship's external field as an example to analyze the application of intelligent welding robot technology in ship external field welding. I hope that this analysis can provide some reference for the rational application of intelligent welding robots and the improvement of welding process quality.

1     引言

在对船舶外场的EH36钢材进行智能化焊接时,工作人员首先需要对智能焊接机器人做到充分了解,明确其主要的应用优势;然后再结合实际情况,进行智能焊接机器人焊接工艺评定;并以此为依据,采取合理的措施来控制其焊接质量。(剩余4075字)
