船舶强光执法设备标准现状及展望

摘    要：本文概述了船舶强光执法设备组成以及国内外标准现状，给出了强光执法设备在船舶上应用的具体案例。现行的船舶强光执法设备应用案例对标准规范制定提出了要求，应用案例对对应强光执法设备标准的编写和制定有一定的参考和支撑作用。

Abstract： This paper summarized an overview of the composition as well as domestic and foreign standards for ship’s strong light law enforcement equipment. The specific application cases of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships are given. The current application of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships has put forward requirement for standard formulation. The application cases of strong light law enforcement equipment on ships provides certain reference and support for standard specifications formulation.

1     引言

强光执法设备具有周界目标搜索跟踪、执法取证、强光探照、激光眩目等功能，可对非法可疑目标进行强光警告、爆闪等驱赶[1-3]或驱离，日常可兼顾搜索扫海、闪光通信功能，具有全天候、速度快、覆盖面广、视距范围大、图像稳定清晰、探照距离照射距离远的特点。（剩余3777字）
