船舶压载水取样机制的优化研究

摘要:针对现阶段船舶压载水取样方法的缺陷,根据不同船型、装载情况、水层深度等参数,采取多点、多方式联合取样,优化船舶压载水取样机制。针对浮游生物、微生物分类计数,得到压载水中各种生物丰度估计值,进行综合评估,从而更精准估算不同生物的浓度,提高其取样效率。

Optimization of Sampling Mechanism of Ship Ballast Water

Abstract: Aiming at the defects of current sampling method of ship ballast water, the multi-point and multi-mode joint sampling method is adopted according to different ship type, loading condition, water depth and other parameters to optimize the sampling mechanism of ship ballast water. According to the classification and counting of plankton and microorganisms, the estimated abundance of various plankton and microorganisms in ship ballast water is obtained for comprehensive evaluation, the concentration of different organisms is estimated more accurately so as to improve the sampling efficiency.
