一种船舶除锈清洗超高压水机设计及优化

摘  要：践行绿水青山就是金山银山的理念，各大船厂船坞都在从传统的打砂除锈转向使用超高压水除锈。超高压水除锈避免了打砂除锈的沙尘飞扬，极大减少空气污染。本文通过对超高压水机设计及优化，在满足除锈功能同时，达到安全、绿色、环保、节能效果。

Design and Optimization of Ultra-High Pressure Water Machine for Ship Derusting

Abstract： To practice the concept that lucid waters and lush mountains are invaluable assets， all major shipyards are actively shifting from traditional sandblasting derusting to ultra-high pressure water derusting in the dock. Ultra-high pressure water derusting avoids the sand and dust flying all over the sky， greatly reduces air pollution. In this paper， through the design and optimization of the ultra-high pressure water machine， the derusting function is satisfied， and the safety， environmental protection， energy saving and economic effects are achieved.

传统的船舶打砂除锈是高污染作业，特别是在完全敞开的船坞内打砂，漫天沙尘飞扬，污染范围大，不仅对空气污染严重，对人体产生较大伤害，同时也对海洋产生严重污染。（剩余3534字）
