1 前言

该船是一艘远海航区综合试验船，主要用途是满足建设单位试验基地科研生产需求，在试验海域进行各类电子设备的试验、测试及验证等，同时兼顾试验设备、人员的交通运输功能，为我国电子科学的发展、海洋科学事业和国防建设收集资料。（剩余3548字）
