抗裂型水稳基层施工中的压实度影响因素分析

摘 要: 依托于工程实例重点对抗裂型水稳基层压实度的影响因素进行了研究。首先介绍了抗裂型水稳基层的工作机理,然后分析了水稳基层压实度的形成过程,最后从碾压工艺、碾压速度、碾压遍数和含水率4个方面探讨了其对水稳基层压实度的影响,结果表明:这4个方面对水稳基层压实度的影响较为显著。

Analysis of Factors Affecting Compaction Degree in the Construction of Crack Resistant Water Stable Base

Abstract: This article focuses on studying the influencing factors of the compaction degree of cracked water stabilized base based on engineering examples. Firstly, the working mechanism of crack resistant water stable base was introduced, and then the formation process of compaction degree of water stable base was analyzed. Finally, the influence of rolling technology, rolling speed, rolling times, and moisture content on the compaction degree of water stable base was discussed. The results showed that these four aspects had a significant impact on the compaction degree of water stable base.
