摘 要: 为解决传统桥梁快速拆除重建施工方法存在的施工效率低、工序繁杂、造成交通中断等问题,依托某高速公路桥梁实体工程,开展了桥梁局部拆除顶升拼接施工技术应用研究,详细介绍了施工工艺流程及各环节关键施工技术要点,形成了标准化施工方案,可为同类工程提供借鉴与指导。

Research on the Application of Jacking and Splicing Construction Technology for Partial Demolition of Highway Bridges

Abstract: In order to solve the problems of low construction efficiency, complex procedures, and traffic interruption in traditional bridge rapid demolition and reconstruction construction methods, the article relies on a certain highway bridge physical engineering to carry out research on the application of jacking and splicing construction technology for partial demolition of expressway bridge. The construction process and key construction technology points in each link are introduced in detail, forming a standardized construction plan, which can provide reference and guidance for similar projects.

桥梁局部拆除顶升拼接施工技术是一种桥梁快速更换抢修的新技术,该技术通过拆除桥梁损害较严重的部分,然后利用顶升设备将更换的梁板进行抬升,与未拆除的原梁板进行拼接,以实现在不影响交通正常运行的情况下,完成破损桥梁的快速修复。(剩余5097字)
