Abstract：Automatic and intelligent operation of drilling rig is the pursue of the drilling equipment industry， and there are less effrts onresearch and developmentof intellgent hydraulic driling rig.This paper presents the researchanddevelopmentof ZJ15/75OY intellgenthydraulicdrilling rig.This driling rig with thehydraulic cylinderlifting system as the main part is associated with automatic string processing tool to form adrilling rig system that iscapableof automatic makeup，breakout and striping of drillpipes，as wellas rotarydrilling.Itrealizes the whole process “one-click linkage”function that combines the automation of surface string movement and the automationofdriling operation，and incorporates the“digital twin”technology that enablesreal-time and accurate simulation of equipment action through remote intellgent monitoring.For conventional stripping operations，it achieves unmanned remote control ondriling to the predetermined well depth and releaseof drillstring atthe predeterminedwelldepth just byone-keyaction.With no human intervention in the whole process in thefield application，it allows forstableintelligent operations.The proposed devicefunctions normally inremote monitoring，llowing for real-time transmission of the operation status of the drilling rig.
