Abstract：The Yangtze River Delta Region is the pioneerarea for the regional integration ofarchivalundertakings in China.Theregionhasshowedademonstration efectoflong-term integration inareassuchascro-regionalqueryof people's livelihood archives and the creation oflocal archival cultural brands.Bysystematicall sorting out thepractical process of theintegrationofarchivalundertakings intheYangtzeRiverDeltaRegion，thisarticlesumsupthe‘jointconsultation，cogovemance，co-development，andsharedbenefts”modelfor theintegrateddevelopmentofarchivalundertakings intheregion fromtheaspectsof strategic planninganddesign，core element integration，andguarante system development.Thenfromthe fourdimensionsofonsultation，goveance，collabratio，ndsring，itasdoveredtatterearestillsortomingssuch as poor macro-planingndcoordination，stagnantoperationof thesynergymechansm，ineffectivesucessrofthesafegard mechanism，andinsuffcient transformationofarchivalfactors inthemodelofintegrateddevelopmentofarchivalundertakings inthe YangtzeRiverDelta Region.Finally，elevantoptimizationapproaches were proposed toadresstheseisses，aiming to providereferences forthe sustainable developmentof YangtzeRiver DeltaRegionand the promotionofthis development modelofarchival undertakingsin otherareas.
