数字人文和新基建双重语境下建设项目档案数据治理体系探讨──基于高校的实践考察

Abstract： This paper briefly expounds the concepts of digital humanity and new infrastructure， and the relationship between them. It emphasizes the importance of the infrastructure construction in the high-quality development of universities， and the importance of  archival management of construction project in the archival work of universities. It defines the archival data governance system and analyzes the differences between archival data governance and the archival data governance system， discusses the necessity， principles， methods and specific measures of constructing the project archival data governance system under the dual context of digital humanities and the new infrastructure. Especially it emphasizes the three stages of "planning beforehand， controlling the quality standards and specifications of archival data; supervising during the process， guiding the integration of archival data resources; and summarizing afterwards， utilizing the innovative service path of archival data".
