后保管范式和数据生态视阈下档案资源体系建设的现状与创新路向探索

摘  要：本文以后保管范式和数据生态视阈下档案资源体系建设中存在的问题为切入点，分析档案资源体系建设中存在的短板和弱项，剖析原因，并提出建立局馆联动机制、强化源头治理、创新工作方式等解决途径，加强档案资源体系建设，为档案服务中心大局、服务人民群众打下坚实基础。

Abstract： This article takes the problems existing in the construction of archival resource system from the perspective of post-custodial paradigm and data ecology as the entry point， discusses the shortcomings and weaknesses existing in the construction， analyzes the reasons， and proposes solutions such as establishing a linkage mechanism between bureaus and archives， strengthening source governance， and innovating working methods to strengthen the construction of archival resource system and lay a solid foundation for archival services to serve the overall situation of the central government and serve the people.
