基于计算档案学思维的“单轨制”管理模式实现机理分析

摘  要：通过“单轨制”实施的相关政策分析和计算档案学思维分析，本文提出了基于计算档案学思维的“单轨制”过程控制模式，包括建设档案数据中台和建立“单轨制”控制流程及其运行方式，分析了业务系统数据表单与签章审批、元数据标准、“四性”检测策略等方面的设计方法与控制流程构建的一般原理。

Abstract： Through the analysis of relevant policies for the implementation of the ‘single track system’ and the computational archival thinking， this paper proposes a ‘single track system’ process control mode based on the computational archival thinking， including the construction of an archive data center and the establishment of a ‘single track system’ control process and its operation mode. And this paper also analyzes the general principles of design and control process construction， mainly in business system data forms and signature approval， metadata standards， and ‘Four attributes ’ detection strategies.

近年来，学界关于“单轨制”管理问题的研究逐步深入，包括概念探讨、管理策略、归档管理、安全管理、证据立法、电子签章、数据保全、转换路径、系统设计以及各领域的实践探索等等，但在计算档案学思维框架下探索“单轨制”理论和实践问题的研究较少，个别文献有所提及但没有重点探讨，本文就此问题进行初步思考。（剩余4045字）
