摘  要：1946年12月太行区召开的第二届群英会是表彰奖励劳动模范和积极分子交流学习的大会。档案见证了此次群英会的性质、地位、组织、议程和大会的显著效果，反映了中国革命和建设史上劳模精神和榜样力量。

Abstract： In December 1946， the 2nd Elites Meeting held in TAIHANGQU was a meeting to commend and reward model workers and activists for exchange and study. The archives have witnessed the nature， status， organization， agenda and remarkable effect of the Elites Meeting， reflecting the spirit of model workers and the power of role models in the history of Chinese revolution and construction.
