联盟链视域下政务云档案数据共享利用模型研究

摘  要：本文基于电子政务平台服务，分析联盟链技术及档案数据的特点，在基于政务云档案数据共享的基础上，详细阐述了联盟链在电子政务档案数据共享中的应用策略，提出了共享模型和实施方案，这对优化传统档案数据共享模式诸多弊端，促进档案数据治理水平提升，具有积极的现实意义。

Abstract： Based on the e-government platform service， this paper analyzes the characteristics of alliance chain technology and Archives data. On the basis of government cloud Archives data sharing， this paper expounds the application strategy of alliance chain in e-government Archives data sharing in detail， and puts forward the sharing model and implementation scheme， which has positive practical significance for optimizing many disadvantages in traditional Archives data sharing mode and promoting the improvement of Archives data governance level.
