高质量发展语境下突发事件档案管理的实践困境与突破路径

摘  要：做好新时代档案在突发事件中的收集、归档、资政等工作对国家治理体系和治理能力现代化具有重要的价值。厘清突发事件档案管理的工作原则，构建突发事件档案管理的三级响应机制，实现突发事件档案的“e”管理，提升档案工作的质效，是实现档案事业高质量发展的新路径。

Abstract： Doing a good job in the collection， filing and administration of Archives in the new era in emergencies is of great value to the modernization of the national governance system and governance capacity. Sorting out the working principles of emergency Archives management， building a three-level response system for emergency Archives management， realizing the 'E' management of emergency Archives， and improving the quality and efficiency of Archives work are new ways to achieve high-quality development of the Archives.
