Abstract:ThisarticleliststhemainanalyticalmethodsnddetectionlimitsfordeterminingvolatilephenolsathomeandabroadAt present,the4aminoantipineextractionspectrophotometricmetodisteainmtodfodetermigvolatilepenolsinsufacete whichisaclasicmethod.Thismethodhashghsensitivitygodprecisionandacuracy,buttherearealsomanyinfluencingfactors. Thisarticleconductsanin-depthanalysisofthinfuencingfactorsofthedeterminationofvolatilephenolsinsurfacewaterItstudies anddiscussesfromaspectssuchasreagentsandtheirpuriy,interferenceeffects,therderofreagentadition,theinfluenceof pH on colordevelopmentesults,ndthechangesofsmplesovertime.Itprovidesotherprecautiostatecttheeterinationresultsiex periments and the purification method of 4- aminoantipyrine reagent.This ensures the smooth process of the 4-aminoantipyrine extraction spectrophotometric experiment and guarantees the accuracy of the monitoring results.
