Abstract：ThisarticleproposesabioremediationtechnologyforruraldomesticsewageandaquaculturewastewaterpolutionNitrogen fixingbacteriaandphotosyntheticbacteriawereselectedasthemainrawmaterialsforbioremediation，andPDA + yeast extract was used astheculturemedum.Tetwostrainswereconentratedandpurifiedtoanalyzethefectsofiologicalagents，thdosageofiogical agents，andteombinatioofratioadicrobialagentsonteectivenssofwateremediationTeexperimentalesultsowed that when the addition amount of A bacterial agent was 10g/L ，the TN removal rate was the highest at 43.26% .In addition，the combinationof water exposure and bacterial agent showed varying degrees of increase in TP content in theearly stageof the experiment（before the4thday），andsowedsignificantdowwardtrendintelaterstagofteexperimentDuetothincreaseindisoedoygco tent in the water，it is conducive to the reduction reactionand better sedimentation adsorption effect.

前言

随着农村城市化加速，生活、工业及农业污水排放激增，且因为农村区域经济发展相对滞后，河道管理缺乏科学合理的规划，对河道内污染物排放缺乏有效控制，导致农村河道污染严重，破坏了水生态环境，黑臭河道污染面积广，进而影响了城市居民的生活质量[1]。（剩余4856字）
