Abstract:Organochlorinepesticideshavealongresidualtimeinsoilandwater,ndarenoteasilydegraded.Tesepesticidesenter organismsthroughthefoodchain,posingapotentialtheattotheirhealthTerefore,thistudyanalyzesthecharacteristicsofanic chlorinepesticidepolutioninsedimentandsoilremediationtechniques.ThesedimentsamplesfromtheNiyang Riverbasinin Xizang werecollectedandteutionconcetrationofthepretreatedsamplesasetectedbyGHRMS.Teploncaracteristicsofo ganochlorinepesticideswereobtained.Thestudyusesin-situthermaldesorptiontechnologyandmycorhizalremediationtechnologyto treatorganochlorinepesticidesinsimentsndnalyingtemediationectTesultsindicatetatthmainoranohloepst cides nthesedimentof thewatershedareT-DDTsandT-HCHs,whicharemainlydistributedinthemiddleandlowerreachesofthe NiyangRiver.The removal rate of organochlorine pesticidesafterrepairis over 70% ,and the relative luminescence intensity of bacteria isgreatly improved,proving the effectiveness of the repair method.
