Construction of quality evaluation index system of hospital⁃community linkage continuous nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease

Abstract  Objective：To construct a standardized，scientific and systematic quality evaluation index system of hospital⁃community linkage continuous nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease.Methods：Based on the three⁃dimensional quality structure model，the first draft of the index system was developed through literature analysis and semi⁃structured interview.The quality evaluation index system of hospital⁃community linkage continuous nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease and the weights of indicators at each level were determined by expert letter inquiry and analytic hierarchy process.Results：A total of two rounds of expert correspondence were conducted.The effective recovery rates were 100% and 95%，the expert opinion submission rates were 68.2% and 28.6%，the expert authority coefficients were 0.926 and 0.931，and the Kendall's coefficients were 0.226 and 0.239，respectively（all P<0.01）.The final evaluation index system consists of 3 first⁃level indicators（structure， process and outcome），13 second⁃level indicators and 67 third⁃level indicators.Conclusion：The constructed quality evaluation index system of hospital⁃community linkage continuous nursing for patients with inflammatory bowel disease is authoritative and scientific，and it can provide reference for the evaluation of continuous nursing quality for IBD patients.
