Construction of evaluation index system for enhanced recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery based on the three⁃dimensional quality structure model

Abstract  Objective:To construct an evaluation index system for enhanced recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery.Methods:Evaluation index system for enhanced recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery was constructed through literature review and expert inquiry.And the weight of each index was determined by sampling were precedence chart method and analytic hierarchy process.Results:Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted,with a questionnaire response rate of 100%,expert authority coefficients of 0.936 and 0.950,respectively.In the second round of expert inquiry,the Kendall harmony coefficient ranged from 0.556 to 0.764(all P<0.001),the coefficient of variation for second⁃level indexes ranged  from 0.000 to 0.178,and the coefficient of variation for third⁃level indexes ranged from 0.000 to 0.193.The final evaluation index system for enhanced recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery included 3 firs⁃level indexes,9 second⁃level indexes and 52 third⁃level indexes.Conclusions:The evaluation index system for enhanced recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery construct in this study is scientific and reliable,which can standardize the  implementation of  enhanced recovery after surgery,ensure patient safety,and provide scientific basis for the quality evaluation of  perioperative  enhanced  recovery of patients after gynecological tumor surgery.
