Construction of standardized program for enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with osteoporotic vertebral compressibility fracture

Abstract  Objective：To construct standardized program for enhanced recovery after surgery in patients with osteoporotic vertebral  compressibility  fracture（OVCF）.Methods：The   literature was  systematically  reviewed.Initial draft  of  standardized  program  for   enhanced recovery after surgery in OVCF patients was constructed based on evidence⁃based results.And final draft of standardized program for enhanced recovery after surgery in OVCF patients was constructed by expert inquiry method.Results：Two rounds of expert inquiry were conducted，with questionnaire response rate of 100%.The expert authority coefficients were 0.817 and 0.826，respectively.The Kendall's W were 0.250 and 0.337 （both P<0.001）.After second round of expert inquiry，the coefficient of variation of the indicators was all less than 0.200.Finally，standardized program for enhanced recovery after surgery in OVCF patients was constructed，which included 5 first⁃level indicators（health education and psychological intervention，medication intervention，postoperative pain and dietary management，postoperative rehabilitation training，and prevention of postoperative complications），11 secondary⁃level indicators，and 31 tertiary⁃level indicators.Conclusions：The standardized program for enhanced recovery after surgery in OVCF patients constructed is systematic，specific，the method is scientific，and the conclusion is reliable.
