摘要  总结1例表皮松解剥脱面积>40%总体表面积的重型中毒性表皮坏死松解型药疹病人的皮损管理经验，护理要点为皮损评估与记录（动态绘制Lund⁃Browder比例图）、皮损换药（针对皮损不同时期特点实施针对性地换药方法，红斑、水疱期以处理水疱为主、皮肤剥脱期以预防感染为主、上皮爬行期以促进组织生长为主）、皮损保护（降低外力损伤、改良护理操作、护理特殊部位等）。（剩余8526字）
