摘要  以安德森模型为框架指导，从前倾因素、使能因素、需求因素3个维度对老年人安宁疗护接受意愿的影响因素进行综述，突出受不同因素影响下的老年人群特征，以期为推动安宁疗护的实践研究及针对性地制定提升老年人安宁疗护服务利用意愿的方法及策略提供依据。（剩余10896字）
