Abstract  Objective：To construct the perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for intracranial arteriovenous malformations resection with compound surgery.Methods：The perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for intracranial arteriovenous malformations resection with compound surgery was formed through 2 consecutive rounds of expert correspondence with the three⁃dimensional quality evaluation model of "structure⁃process⁃result".Results：The authority coefficient of experts in 2 rounds of correspondence was 0.921，and the positive coefficient of experts in 2 rounds of correspondence was 93.33% and 100.00% respectively.The Kendall W comparison of the structure，process and result indicators of the 2 rounds of correspondence showed significant differences（P<0.001）.The perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for intracranial arteriovenous malformations resection with compound surgery eventually formed after 2 consecutive rounds of expert correspondence included 3 first level indicators，8 second level indicators and 42 third level indicators，the importance assignment of all indicators were greater than 4.0，and the coefficient of variation was smaller than 0.25.Conclusion：The perioperative nursing sensitivity index system for intracranial arteriovenous malformations resection with compound surgery constructed is a scientific，reliable，comprehensive and systematic nursing quality evaluation system，which provides a basis for hospital functional departments and managers to evaluate the quality of specialized medical care，and also provides a reference for the optimization and continuous improvement of specialized medical care service quality in medical institutions.
