围术期病人隐私量表的汉化及信效度检验

Abstract  Objective：To translate the Perioperative Privacy Scale（PPS） to Chinese and test its reliability and validity.Methods：The Chinese version of PPS was formed through translation，back⁃translation，cultural adjustment，and pre⁃experiment，strictly following the Brislin back⁃translation model.A total of 336 perioperative patients in two tertiary grade A hospitals in Zibo city，Shandong province，from February to April 2022，were selected for investigation.After 14 days，50 patients were randomly selected for retesting to test the reliability and validity of the Chinese version of the scale.Results：The Chinese version of PPS included 3 dimensions and 16 items.The Cronbach's α coefficient of the scale was 0.945，and the Cronbach's α coefficients of each dimension were 0.983，0.957，and 0.986.The content validity index of the items was 0.86⁃1.00，and the content validity index of the scale level was 0.94.Three common factors were extracted，which could explain 92.057% of the total variation.The fitting index of confirmatory factor analysis was good（χ2/ν=2.873，approximate error root mean square=0.075，non⁃standard fit index=0.975，comparison fit index=0.979，value⁃added fit index=0.979）.Conclusions：The Chinese version of PPS had good reliability and validity，which could be applied to assess the privacy protection of Chinese perioperative patients.
