Abstract  Objective:To explore the status quo and influencing factors of early out⁃of⁃bed activities in patients with lung transplantation in order to provide a theoretical basis for clinical early⁃stage activity management. Methods:From June 2020 to May 2022,a total of 236 patients who underwent lung transplantation in a tertiary grade A hospital in Jiangsu province were selected as the research subjects. The activities of leaving the bed within 72 hours after the operation were investigated, and the general data of the patients were systematically collected to analyze the influencing factors of postoperative patients' early out⁃of⁃bed activities. Results:Among the 236 patients with lung transplantation,39 cases were out of bed within 72 hours after the operation, and the rate of early out⁃of⁃bed activity was 16.53%.Logistic regression analysis showed that the type of transplantation, the duration of extracorporeal membrane oxygenation(ECMO) support, and the duration of vasoactive drugs were independent factors affecting the early out⁃of⁃bed activities of lung transplantation patients. Conclusions:The rate of early out⁃of⁃bed activities in patients with lung transplantation was low.Nurses should pay more attention to patients with single lung transplantation,ECMO support time>12 h,and vasoactive drug use time> 3 days, and strengthen the evaluation and intervention of related influencing factors, which was beneficial to shorten the postoperative bed rest time of patients and promote the early out⁃of⁃bed recovery of patients.
