Abstract:Based on aspecific modelof composite pressure vessel,thisstudy investigated the properties and interfacial characteristicsofdomesticalyproduced T7Oo large-towcarbonfibercomposite.Theresultsdemonstratethatthedomestic T700-24K carbonfiber exhibitsatensilestrengthof 5660.89 MPaandatensilemodulus of252.24GPa.Theunidirectionallaminatecomposite madefromdomestic T7oo-24Kachievesatensilestrengthof2744.94MPaandaninterlaminar shearstrengthof 94.87MPa.Thedomestic T7oo-24Kcarbonfiberdemonstrates excellentmechanicalproperties and stable processing performance,meeting the requirements of the specific product models.
