Composite material thrust skirt structure optimization on solid rocket motor

Abstract:This paper optimizes the structureof composite material thrust skirt.The stress ofanewcomposite material thrust skirtunderload isanalyzedbyusingANSYSfinite element software,and then thecompositematerialthrustskirt structure isoptimizedforthreetimes.Thestaticanalysisofthecompositematerialthrustskirtafterstructuraloptimizationis carried outbyusing finiteelement software.Itisfoundthat thedeformationand stresstateofthecomposite materialthrust skirt is improvedafter structuraloptimization,whichcan providesomereferenceforthesubsequentdesignofcomposite material thrust skirt.
