Chemical Components，Pharmacological Effectsof Chrysanthemummorifolium‘Chuju’and Predictive Analysis onItsQuality Markers

Abstract：Chrysanthemummorifolium‘Chuju’isaperennial herbaceous plantof the Asteraceae family.Itisoneof the “FourFamous Chrysanthemums”.Its inflorescence isused as medicine，which contains flavonoids，volatileoils， terpenes，phenolicacids，polysaccharides and other components，and has high medicinaland health care value.Based on thereview of the chemical composition and pharmacological effcts of Chrysanthemummorifolium‘Chuju’，this paperfocused on the concept of quality marker of traditional Chinese medicine，further predicted and analyzed the qualitymarkers of Chrysanthemummorifolium‘Chuju’from the aspects of plant parentage and chemical composition specificity，traditional medicinal properties，measurabilityof chemical composition，metabolomicsandnetwork pharmacology，spectrum-effect relationships，diferent drying methods.It was found that taurine，glutamic acid， caffeoylquinic acid， β -apilene，apigenin can be used as quality-marker index of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju'. The aim of this study is to provide abasis for the quality evaluation of Chrysanthemum morifolium‘Chuju’.
