Research Progresson Anti-tumor Effect and Mechanism of Paeonol

Abstract：Paeonol exhibitsawiderangeof pharmacological activities.Extensiveresearch hasdemonstrated that paeonol can inhibit proliferate，invade，metastasize，and induce apoptosis of various malignant tumorcels，including bladdercancer，cervical cancer，liver cancer，lung cancer，colorectal cancer，gastric cancer，prostate cancer， ovariancancer，breastcancer，etc.Additionally，paeonol alsodisplays significant efect inimproving sensitivityof anti-tumordrugs，reversing chemotherapyresistance and reducing the toxic side efectof anti-tumor drugs.Its antitumor mechanism involves multiple molecular targets and signaling pathways，such as NF-kB，PI3K/AKT，and MAPK signaling pathways，as well as miRNA，etc.This paper conducts acomprehensive exposition on anti-tumor effct and mechanismof paeonol，whichcanprovide reference forin-depth researchontheanti-tumorefectof paeonol and the development of new drugs.
