基于众包模式的格陵兰岛气候档案转录项目探析及启示

Abstract：In the newera where archives datagovernanceis at the core，the Greenland climate archives transcription project（"ArcticArchives： Unraveling Greenland's Weather History"）which was conducted through a crowdsourc ingmodel demonstratesadvantages such aseffective utilization of digital intelligence technology，detailed and scientific task division，well-established communication channels，and arich and reasonable incentive system. However， it also exposes problems like the project organizers failure to adequately communicate with participants and the lack of effective publicity.China's archival institutions can draw certain lessons from this project and make improvement in areassuch as digital intelligence empowerment， platform construction，task design，participant incentives，and project publicity，in order to promote the high- quality development of archives crowdsourcing projects.
