Abstract： The development of enterprise archives constitutesan essential component of the reform and innovation of China’sarchival undertakings in the context of Chinese path to modernization.Analyzing the development trends of enterprise archival work providesvaluable guidance forformulating the 15th Five-YearPlan forarchival development，and reflects the practical need topromote high- quality development through high-level planning.Anchored in the national development strategy and in response to the evolvingenvironment and changing demands of enterprisearchival work，this paper identifies ten major development trends for the enterprise archival sector during the 15th Five-Year Plan period： supporting and serving the construction of Chinese path to modernization;aligning with the development goals of new quality productive forces;reshaping the integration model of“business + archives";strengthening compliancemanagement in enterprise archival practices;promotingthe inclusion of archival data assets in corporate financial statements;exploring the cultural value ofenterprise archival resources;advancing the digital and intelligent transformation of archival work; fostering collaborative innovation in the archival field;cultivating a future-oriented talent pool for enterprisearchives;and enhancingtheeffectivenessand quality ofplanning implementation.
