Abstract:The foundationsetlement easilyleads tote stressconcentrationand excessivedeformationofthe inletandoutlet pipelinesystemofthenaturalgasstation,andinseverecases,thepipelinemaybedamaged.Tothisend,atestplatformfor setlementstresstestingofnaturalgasstation inletandoutletpipelinesystemincluding2typicalstructuresofinletandoutlet lines,ventpipeandteepipelineasbuilt.Stresstestsofdiferenttypesofpipelinesunderfoundationsetlementwerecaried out.Basedonthetestplatform,thethre-dimensionalmodeloftheinletandoutletpipelinesystemofthestationwas established toanalyze theinfluenceof internalpressureanddiameterthickness ratioonpipeline stress.Theresultsshow that:the most seriousbendingdeformationoftheinletandoutletlineI(buriedmanifolddistributionstructure)ocursatthegroundelbowand thefixed positionofthesupport,andthemaximumtensilestressandcompressivestressofteinletandoutletlineI(Z-saped structure)arebothatthereducing teeofthepipe,thestressoftheinletandoutletlineIIissmalerthan thatofthe nletand outletlineIunderthesamesetlementconditios;Whenthepierinthemiddleofthetepipelinesettes,andthestressofthe pipelineattheinnersideofthefixedsupportsatbothendsandthesetlementpointfarfromthetee increasessignificantlywith thesettement;Whentheground-entryendoftheventpipesetles,andtheverticalsectionoftheground-entryendhasthemost serious deformation,andthe joint sectionbetween theventpipeand the main pipelinereceives the greatest stress.Reducing pipediameter thicknessratioandoperating internal presurecanreduce theequivalenttressduringsettlementand improve the pipelinesafety.Theresearchresultsprovideatechnicalbasis forthesafetyassessment,teselectionofstressmonitoringponts and the settlement warning of the inlet and outlet pipeline system in natural gas station.
