Abstract:Tddresthechalengesoforingideephard,andbitleformations,suchsdicultiesiobtainngoplete coresamplesandthe highcostof indoorrock mechanics experiments,anumericalapproach is employed.Amulti-component digitalcore model,structuredonaVoronoipolyhedron frameworkisestablishedaccording tomineralcompositioncontent.An equivalentmodulusmethodisproposedtodynamicallyadjustthemechanicalpropertiesofmineralsundertriaxialcompression conditions.Theigitalore'striaxialcompreionprocssissimulated,yielingfracturepaers,tress-strainc,and elastic modulusvalues,whichalignwith indoorexperimentalresults.Acomparativeanalysisof theeffectsoftraxialpressure on theoverallrockstructureandmineralgrains isconductedfcusingondamageandstress distribution.Thefindingsreveal thattheimpactoftriaxialpressureonmineralgrainsvariesdependingonthetypeand spatialdistributionofminerals,while also nhibitingcrack propagation intherock.Thisapproachandtheresultsprovidenewinsights intostudiesonthemechanical andfracturebehaviorofdigitalcores,andeffectivelysimulatesrockmechanicsresponsesand fracturepaternsundercomplex geologicalconditions,andoferingtechnicalsupportforsolving thecoringchallenges indeephardandbritle formations.
