Abstract:Low temperature transportation technologycaneffectivelyreduceenergyand economic lossforhigh-watercut gatheringandtransportationpipelines.However,withthepopularizationofgasflooding,thefluidsinmanygatheringpipelines areinthestateofthre-phaseofoil,gasandwater.Inordertoexploretheefectofgasontheadhesionofgeledoilonthe wall, aself-developed presure-bearingstirringtank isusedtomeasure teadhesionmassofgelldoilonthewallunderdifferent conditions.Itisfoundthatthegasdisoledincrudeilcansignificantlyeducetheadhesionofelldoil,whilethetempeature does notchangewithcorresponding massurge;subsequently,agas injectiontest iscarredoutonthehigh watercutgathering andtransportationpipelineonsite,anditshows that withtheincreaseofthegas-oilratiointhepipeline,theminimum inlet temperature decreases from 29∘C to 26∘C ,indicating that the presence of gas improves the fluidityof crude oil; finally,based on the theoretical basis of“wall shear stress=yield stress × coefficient”,a stick-wall temperature calculation model that can be usedinstratifiedflowgatheringandtransportationpipelinesisestablished,ndtheverificationshowsthatthemodelhasa good calculation effect.

引言
对于高含水油田矿场来说,其集输管道内的综合含水率可超过 85%[1] ,将低温集输技术运用到高含水管道,可极大地减少能源消耗,降低经济投入,同时减少温室气体的排放,保护环境。(剩余24350字)
