ABSTRACTObjectiveTo analyze and summarize the prenatal ultrasound imaging features of uterine arteriovenous fistula(UAVF）during pregnancyMethodsFivecasesof UAVFdiagnosedduring pregnancy inour hospitalfrom August 2017to March2023wereselected.The findings from two-dimensionalultrasoundandcolorDopplerultrasoundwereanalyzed retrospectively,andtheprognosisandpregnancyutcomes werefolowedup.ResultsOntwo-dimensionalultrasoundalfive casesdemonstratedsingleormultiple linearorroundanechoicregionswithinthemyometrium，withacharacteristic “honeycomb-like”appearance.CDFI showed abundantred-blue mosaic turbulent bloodflow filing these areas.Pulsed-wave Dopplershowedhigh-velocity,low-resistancearterialwaveformswithinthelesions,withvenousflowexhibitingarterialization. The peaksystolicvelocity(PSV）inthelesionrangedfrom25to110cm/s,andtheresistanceindex(RI）rangedfrom0.34to 0.52.The prenatalultrasounddiagnosticresults wereconsistent with MRIandDSA diagnosticresults.Among thefivepatients， threehadsignificantvaginalbleeding before2O weeksof gestationandunderwentuterinearteryembolization followed by ultrasound-guided dilation and curetage.One patient hadno vaginal bleeding during pregnancy,with lesion PSVconsistently
