AbstractInflammatoryliverinjuryistheinitiating factorfor various chronicliverdiseases.Itcaninvolvethewhole body，andonthecontrarysystemicdiseasesmayalso lead to liverinjury.Thediagnosisand treatmentof liverdisease should notonlyconsiderthe liverdisease itself，but alsounderstand the interaction between various systemic diseases and inflammatoryliverinjuryandtherelatedpathophysiological mechanisms.Therefore，thediagnosisand treatmentof liver injuryoftenrequire multidisciplinarydiscusionand jointdecision-making.Oneof theimportant linksinthe treatmentof liverdiseaseis toprotectandmaintainthestabilityofliverfunction，andhow tocarryoutanti-inflammatoryand liverprotecting treatmentshouldbeconsidered during thedevelopmentof treatmentstrategies.Bicyclolisachemical agent independentlydevelopedbyChinaandisusedforthetreatmentofinflammatoryliverinjury.Ithasagoodclinicaleffectin the preventionand treatmentofinflammatoryliverinjurydueto various causesandhas beenregisteredandlisted in nine countriesalong theBeltand Road.Therefore，the Hepatology Group，ChronicDisease Management Branch，China Medicinal Biotech Association organized domestic experts fromrelevant disciplines to summarize theadvances in the multidisciplinaryclinicalaplicationof bicyclol inpreventionand treatmentof inflammatoryliverinjuryandformthe expert consensus based on related guidelines/consensus statements/clinical pathways and evidence-based medicine and withreferencetotheclinicalpracticeinChina，inordertoimprovethescientificandstandarduseofbicyclolinclinical practiceand enhancethe prevention and treatment capabilities of inflammatory liver injury in each discipline.
