【摘    要】：排水管网提质增效是海绵城市建设的重要组成部分。为了探究海绵城市理念下的排水管网提质增效策略，以三亚市建成区市政排水管网提质增效为研究对象，总结现状排水管网存在的问题，提出排水管网检测、管网缺陷修复治理及排水管网错混接改造方案。

Exploration of Strategies for Improving Quality and Efficiency of Drainage System under the Sponge City Concept

【Abstract】：Improving the quality and efficiency of drainage networks is an important component of sponge city construction. In order to explore the strategies for improving the quality and efficiency of drainage networks under the concept of sponge city， this article takes the municipal drainage network in the built-up area of Sanya City as the research object， summarizes the problems existing in the current drainage system， and proposes comprehensive treatment strategies such as drainage system detection plan， network defect repair and treatment plan， and drainage system wrong and mixed connection transformation plan， in order to support the construction of sponge city through the improvement of network quality and efficiency.
