农民学院发展视角下的海南乡村振兴大学发展研究

摘要 从新型农民学院发展的视角，通过对新型农民学院的发展做法和成就进行分析，分析了海南乡村振兴大学的基本情况和使命担当，强调了实践操作和创新能力的培养，并与农民学院进行了比较。最后，提出了明确使命担当、适应服务主体变化、加强人才队伍建设、创新管理体制、建立教育服务平台等发展建议。

Research on the Development of Hainan Rural Revitalization University from the Perspective of the Development of Farmers’ College

Abstract From the perspective of the development of new type of farmers’ college，  this article  analyzed the development practices and achievements of the new type of farmers’ college. And we analyzed the basic situation and mission responsibility of Hainan Rural Revitalization University， and emphasized the cultivation of practical operation and innovative abilities， and it was compared with the Farmers’ College.Finally，some development suggestions  were proposed， such as clarifying mission responsibilities， adapting to changes in service subjects， strengthening talent team construction， innovating management systems， and establishing educational service platforms.

20世纪80年代后期，为解决“三农”问题、促进农业农村经济发展，全国各地相继成立了农民学院，其主要任务是培养适应新时期农村经济发展需要的各类人才，包括农村基层干部、农村专业技术人才、农民工等；随后，以湖州农民学院为典型代表的一批农业学院成为服务“三农”的主要力量，在新农村建设和脱贫攻坚的过程中起到重要的作用，为农村经济社会发展作出了重大的贡献［1］。（剩余9272字）
