乡村振兴战略下辽宁省农村巩固脱贫攻坚成果研究

摘要 分析了巩固脱贫攻坚成果与乡村振兴的逻辑关系，讨论了辽宁省巩固脱贫攻坚成果的制约因素，最后提出乡村振兴战略下辽宁省巩固脱贫攻坚成果的政策建议：总结经验，稳定扶贫政策;精准识别，科学划定低收入人口;多维度构建防返贫路径;关注隐形贫困群体;做好与乡村振兴的衔接工作。

Research on the Achievements of Rural Consolidation and Poverty Alleviation in Liaoning Province under the Rural Revitalization Strategy

Abstract This paper analyzes the logical relationship between the achievements of poverty alleviation and rural revitalization， discusses the restrictive factors of Liaoning Province’s poverty alleviation achievements， and finally puts forward policy suggestions for Liaoning Province to consolidate poverty alleviation achievements under the rural revitalization strategy：Summarize experience and stabilize poverty alleviation policies;accurately identify and scientifically delineate low-income populations;build a multi-dimensional path to prevent return to poverty;pay attention to invisible poor groups;and do a good job of connecting with rural revitalization.
